Shipping & Returns
*Important* Placing an order with us means you have read our policies, and accept our terms and conditions.
We only Ship Internationally for Wholesale orders (except for APO/FPO addresses) at this time but We are working on a better system to ship Retail internationally, check back for updates.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Our products cannot be restocked after they are manufactured. Please note that taste is subjective, and is not grounds for a return or exchange. We reserve the right to change the formulas of our flavor profiles as we see fit. We ask that you consider each purchase wisely before buying.
Orders may be canceled for a refund if they have not been manufactured and made for shipment. This is considered the "processing" period, and can last anywhere from a few hours to 3 days depending on our volume of orders. If your order is cancelled in the processing period a refund may be issued. Small service charges may apply depending on your choice of payment. If you wish to cancel your order please email CustomerService@vaporkick.com with your order number simply stating you wish to cancel the order. We will check to see if your order has been manufactured and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Our official business hours are from 9:00am-5:00pm CST Monday-Friday. All orders placed after 5:00pm Central Time are considered to be placed the following business day. All orders placed after 5:00pm Friday through Sunday are officially processed the next Monday morning when we re-open. Orders can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days depending on our volume of orders. Vapor Brands LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. Damaged shipments will be evaluated for replacement or store credit by Management on a case by case basis.
-Late or Missing Refunds-
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
